The success of our organization depends on our volunteers.
There are numerous ways to become involved from joining us as a rehabilitation professional or support worker on a trip to assisting with preplanning, fundraising or administrative duties at home. Our volunteer needs are dependent on the particular trip being planned. Therefore, it is important to check here and our Facebook page regularly to watch for volunteer postings.
What it Costs
Costs must be fully covered by the volunteer and can range between $2000-$4000 depending on length of the trip, and where the team is going. We can assist you with fundraising ideas. Many volunteers raise enough money to fully cover their expenses.Trips can range between 1-4 weeks depending on the team.
Costs include, but are not limited to: airfare, accommodation, ground transportation and meals. Additional costs such as immunizations, passport, local souvenir shopping and cultural events are also the responsibility of each team member.
